Director, Data Science & MLE

This role needs someone with expertise in answering complex business questions with Data Science and operationalizing machine learning models with modern MLOps. The Director will report to the VP of Data & Infrastructure and will be responsible for leading Data Science / AI teams. The role includes Strategic Leadership to develop Calendly’s AI and data science strategy, AI/ML Innovation to lead the research, and Team Leadership and Development to build a multidisciplinary team. They will also focus on Cross-Functional Collaboration, Project Oversight, AI Governance and Ethics, Stakeholder Engagement, and Continuous Improvement.
