Role Overview:
- Central to ensuring radar construction and installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to approved standards.
- Responsible for day-to-day site oversight, managing teams, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate radar installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize schedule impacts.
- Review construction work for quality and support testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Requires 5+ years in construction management for large-scale technical or infrastructure projects and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have strong field leadership, ability to interpret technical documents, and willingness for extensive nationwide travel.
- Preferred experience includes FAA programs, radar systems, or mission-critical facility management.
