Role Overview:

  • Central to ensuring radar construction and installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to approved standards.
  • Responsible for day-to-day site oversight, managing teams, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate radar installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize schedule impacts.
  • Review construction work for quality and support testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires 5+ years in construction management for large-scale technical or infrastructure projects and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have strong field leadership, ability to interpret technical documents, and willingness for extensive nationwide travel.
  • Preferred experience includes FAA programs, radar systems, or mission-critical facility management.
