Head of Content

What You'll Do:

• Own the content engine: take full editorial and operational ownership of all content formats like The Manual and Compound Conversations.
• Write high-leverage content yourself — emails, landing pages, decks, social copy — and manage the compliance approval workflow.
• Manage agencies and partners (copy, PR, ads) to improve ROI and scale output without adding headcount.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing agencies and a strong personal writing ability to produce polished content independently.
• Background in wealth management or personal finance content preferred; fintech familiarity a plus.
• Comfortable operating as the sole senior content voice with autonomy and final editorial say.
