Job Description
You will support the development of analytics that guide marketing strategies and operational improvements within the PCO. Key responsibilities include: Analyze campaign performance, member engagement, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities and leverage dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators and develop insights. You will also collaborate with marketing, clinical, and strategy teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches. The role includes assisting in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights and design and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, causal inference). Additionally, you will develop predictive models to optimize targeting and retention. Your work will help Humana deliver more personalized, effective care experiences to members through data-informed strategies.
