Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all DM activities from study start-up to database lock, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, and GCPs.
- Liaise with sponsors, project managers, and cross-functional teams to meet timelines and manage scope changes.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to DM staff, and support process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of DM experience, including sponsor management and technical mentoring.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and EDC systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
- Office or remote-based role with up to 10% travel.
- Collaborative team setting with a focus on quality and excellence.
