Role Overview:
- Lead a centralized team of Data Coordinators across the Care Access site network.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical research data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workload, quality, and compliance for data activities.
- Resolve queries and escalations with sites, sponsors, and CROs.
- Drive process improvements and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years in clinical research or data management.
- At least two years leading or coaching others.
- Strong knowledge of GCP and EDC systems.
