AI-First Data Analyst (Technical & Causal)

CSC Generation is seeking an AI-First Data Analyst to conduct causal analysis and treatment effect estimation using Double ML, causal forests, and uplift modeling to guide high-stakes decisions. The analyst is expected to build AI-powered internal tools that automate analytical tasks and surface insights, and develop and own dashboards and data pipelines that drive real-time visibility across sales, marketing, operations, and finance. This role involves partnering directly with business leaders to translate fuzzy questions into testable hypotheses and identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses via custom GPTs, scripts, or workflow platforms. The analyst will work closely with engineering and data platform teams to improve data cleanliness, accessibility, and documentation. As an AI-First Data Analyst, you’ll be shaping how the business thinks, working directly with executives, building tooling used by team members, and automating away repetitive insight work to focus on strategic problems.
