Senior Manager, Biostatistics

Overview:

• Provides statistical leadership for complex clinical studies in cell therapy oncology programs.
• Responsible for study design, statistical analysis, interpretation of results, and communication of findings.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Serves as lead statistician for clinical studies and supports program-level strategy.
• Authors and reviews statistical sections of protocols, analysis plans, and reports.
• Maintains knowledge of statistical methodologies and regulatory guidance.

Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics with 3–5 years experience, or M.S. with 6–8 years.
• Strong experience in oncology clinical development and survival analysis.
• Proficiency in SAS; familiarity with R highly desirable.
