Responsibilities:
- Lead a territory of approximately 30 Planners who drive client acquisition, retention, and net new asset flows.
- Mentor, develop, and support Planners to drive success throughout the sales funnel and expanded client value.
- Drive priorities and provide timely feedback to senior management on Planner performance.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years in financial services sales management covering a distributed, multi-state territory.
- 5+ years direct experience leading a workforce of 10+ individuals including hiring and performance management.
- Deep understanding of financial services, comprehensive financial planning, and RIAs.
Compensation:
- Total target cash range of $379,000-$447,000, comprised of base salary and bonus.
- Eligible for discretionary bonus, health, dental, wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
- Bonus potential directly linked to performance in growing sales and client relationships.
