Social Media Manager (visuals)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager for our Instagram account(s). The ideal candidate will develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand goals and the crypto audience. Responsibilities include planning monthly content calendars featuring news, infographics, reels and collaborations, aligning Instagram strategy with the wider marketing, social media and YouTube content roadmap, and identifying opportunities to join trending conversations and memes relevant to crypto. The Social Media Manager will also conceptualize, brief, and produce Instagram content, write engaging captions, coordinate with design and video teams, work with design teams and researchers to create visuals optimized for various platforms, and manage constant posts, ensuring consistency and tone of voice. Community engagement involves tracking performance metrics, reporting weekly on insights, experimenting with post types, and staying ahead of algorithm changes. The candidate should have deep knowledge of crypto, Web3, and online culture.
