Lead Duolingo’s organic social presence in Turkey across TikTok and Instagram, manage collaboration with a local creative agency, track content performance, analyze results, and contribute cultural insights to create relevant content. Ensure content aligns with Duolingo’s brand tone and voice, and make recommendations for future content based on performance insights.

This part-time internship requires 6–7 hours per week and has the potential to be extended beyond the initial 12 weeks. As a Social Media Intern, you’ll create real-time content for platforms and contribute to building an authentic, fast-growing social presence for Directive.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the strategic executor of OLIPOP's organic social strategy, leading day-to-day channel operations, content planning, performance tracking, and platform optimization across social media accounts. This role sits at the heart of OLIPOP's strongest growth drivers, and you will help shape how they show up in culture, deepen community connection, and bring brand voice and visual storytelling to life.

Create trend-driven, engaging and innovative content across TikTok and Instagram in DACH-region. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with social media trends, audience insights, and the brand’s goals. Work closely with global and local teams to maintain consistency across social media platforms.

Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns, ideate social media content buckets and creative, and post content to all social media channels. Facilitate community management and build out content calendars, creating timelines for each campaign. Strong copywriting skills are needed to write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed, along with administering reporting and analytics.

The Social Media Manager will manage Mistplay’s presence on social media, create the social media strategy, and help manage the social media team. The position’s main objective is to scale Mistplay’s reach, engagement, and following across social and online platforms, growing the fanbase, establishing long-lasting brand loyalty, and driving value back into the apps.
