People Data Engineer

People Data Architecture and Engineering:

• Design and maintain scalable people-data models within the enterprise data warehouse, translating requirements into production-ready database design.
• Establish architecture patterns that enable consistent data use across dashboards and AI use cases.
• Partner with the Enterprise Data Team on source-data onboarding and release planning.

Data Quality, Lineage, and Reliability:

• Implement automated data-quality monitoring, validation rules, and reconciliation controls.
• Maintain end-to-end data lineage and define production support practices.
• Proactively resolve pipeline performance issues before they affect downstream consumers.

AI Readiness and Enablement:

• Build and maintain the governed people-data foundation for approved AI and advanced analytics use cases.
• Support the technical design of the People Data AI Control Tower for visibility and operational health.
• Own the AI-readiness roadmap, identifying gaps and driving execution of technical solutions.
