Senior Platform Manager - Active Directory & Microsoft Entra

Job Overview:

• Responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of IAM solutions from beginning to end, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with domain architects to build resilient, scalable, and secure identity frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards throughout the IAM infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Identity Engineers supporting directory services across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, policies, procedures, and runbooks.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in identity management and authentication.

Qualifications:

• Must have hands on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS Identity Center, and other directory services technologies.
• Must have deep understanding of IAM principles, directory services architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is highly valued.
