This is a remote role where you will respond to inbound inquiries and schedule travel planning appointments. Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, or online platforms, assisting in coordinating consultations between clients and travel specialists. You will maintain accurate records of communications and scheduled appointments. Provide excellent customer service while representing Destination Knot’s brand values and collaborate with team members to support client reservations and ensure seamless booking processes.
