Responsibilities:

Build and scale test automation, quality infrastructure, and performance testing systems.
Lead design and implementation of core automation frameworks, including migration from Cypress to Playwright.
Define RCA and failure triage processes across teams, and personally lead RCAs on the most challenging failures.

Your Background:

8-10+ years of experience building and scaling test automation for complex software systems.
Excellent programming ability in JavaScript/TypeScript, comfortable writing production-grade automation code.
Proven track record of designing, leading, and delivering large-scale, cross-functional quality initiatives.
