Job Description
As a Data Engineer III in the Software & Technology team, you will build scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge software to propel Spreetail to being a top ecommerce company. You will lead impactful, cost-effective, and scalable data solutions that empower innovation across the organization. You will be accountable for the systems you build, the business outcomes they drive, and the elevation of data engineering practices across teams.
Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing reliable, scalable data pipelines and storage solutions across batch, near-real-time, and streaming environments; Championing data quality, observability, and cost optimization; Advancing Spreetail's Hybrid Data Platform strategy and shaping how data is transformed, cataloged, and consumed; Collaborating closely with Product, Data Management, and Engineering peers; Championing high standards in data modeling, pipeline testing, observability, and code quality.
