Sr Training Developer

As a Senior Training Developer, you will be working with our clients to develop training content for Healthcare end users, and then supporting a lead trainer in the facilitation of virtual trainings across all of VA Health Connect, as well as setting up and executing weekly office hours sessions. You will work across the contract team and with clients to plan for and develop key supporting materials (e.g., job aids and facilitation guides), and maintain a training hub to ensure all content is up to date and accurate. Responsibilities include to develop and present training materials for Health IT products, update and maintain training hub materials.
