Clinical Quality & Outcomes:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments via telehealth using interviews, record review, and direct observation.
- Develop data-driven treatment plans and ensure reports meet authorization and quality benchmarks.
Leadership & Startup Mindset:
- Serve as clinical gatekeeper for new cases and provide clear case summaries for team transition.
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient onboarding and contribute feedback to improve systems.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and minimum 5 years experience as a BCBA, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
- Strong clinical writing skills and experience with telehealth, technology platforms, and remote work.
- Located in eligible US states (e.g., NM, AZ, TX, CO).
