ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist

The ERA/EFT Enrollment Specialist will review incoming payments to identify payers eligible for EDI, ERA, and EFT processing through our clearinghouse. Responsibilities include creating enrollment requests, following up to confirm approval and activation, and communicating with the clearinghouse to resolve any enrollment-related issues. Monitoring billing and payment data from payers to identify and implement required updates, executing payer-specific procedures to update billing information, and ensuring completion are essential. Additionally, assisting the payments department by contacting payers to request missing EOBs needed for processing and identifying payments that require additional documentation and coordinating with payers to obtain or reprocess EOBs are important aspects of the role.
