Work closely with the product management team to track feature success metrics. Understand the functionality of our online platforms by reviewing product and technical requirements. Conduct independent analyses to support the product management team with actionable user behavior and business insights. Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity. Creation of KPI based dashboards for understanding complex business issues to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
