Job Description
Align seeks a candidate with a passion for technology and 2 to 5 years of Infrastructure / Cloud Monitoring and Operations experience, with prior Managed Services (MSP) experience. This role involves monitoring and responding to alerts, supporting application monitoring for Azure and other cloud architectures, and implementing monitoring solutions. The Systems Engineer will leverage RMM tools to troubleshoot issues, apply security standards, and maintain scripts on the Azure cloud platform. The candidate will improve efficiencies by engineering advances of Align's toolset. They should also handle ticket queues, participate in discussions on application performance, and develop preventative measures for production issues.
