Swimming Instructor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Swimming Instructor to join our team in Lebanon, United States. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of various ages and skill levels. Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's abilities and goals. Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide clear instructions to students. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and regulations. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents. Maintain a clean and organized pool area. Assist in the supervision of the pool area during open swim times. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices. Perform basic pool maintenance and water quality checks as needed.
