About the Role:
- Own the quant UXR roadmap and turn ambiguous asks into evidence.
- Partner with data science, product, design, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Run MaxDiff, conjoint, and pre-launch experiments with decision rules.
- Build measurement scales, sized segments, and data-quality controls.
- Evaluate AI-assisted finance experiences with human evaluation rubrics.
Requirements:
- 7+ years UX research, 5+ years leading quantitative studies.
- Deep survey science, MaxDiff/conjoint, and R or Python fluency.
- Track record of quantitative work that changed product decisions.
