Research Associate

At ExploreLearning, we believe every student can succeed in math and science, and we develop research-driven, engaging, and effective learning solutions to help make that possible. You will contribute directly to building the evidence base behind ExploreLearning’s innovative products, supporting educators, school leaders, and decision-makers with trusted research insights. In this role, you will execute quantitative and qualitative research studies that demonstrate the efficacy of ExploreLearning products. You will also prepare research reports, slide decks, executive summaries, and customer-facing communications in collaboration with marketing and sales enablement teams. Managing internal resources for research, including project tracking and research asset databases. Support the management and growth of ExploreLearning’s teacher research partnerships.Conduct classroom observations, teacher interviews, and/or survey analyses to enhance understanding of product usage and instructional impact.
