Director, Data and Insights

The Director, Data and Insights is a critical role in developing actionable insights from program and impact data for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) and the national Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) network. This leader will oversee data collection, cleaning, analysis, and synthesis to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful insights that reflect the true impact of BBBS programs and partnerships. The role translates complex data and research findings into clear, compelling insights tailored to a variety of audiences, including national staff, BBBS agencies, and external stakeholders. The director will manage a team providing data products and insights, supporting continuous improvement, and strengthening the network’s capacity to use data in decision-making and fundraising.
