The Impact Data Specialist will translate program and impact data into clear insights, build dashboards, maintain data products, and create reporting tools. They will support internal users, assist BBBS agencies, and help integrate data into practice to improve youth outcomes. This role requires data analysis, visualization, and communication skills.
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) manages a portfolio of medium to large-scale projects aligned with BBBSA’s goals and strategic priorities, including implementing existing processes for system-level projects. The SPM focuses on cross-functional coordination to reinforce decision-making, monitor budgets, and track resources in conjunction with finance and department leads to ensure project success.
The Director, Data and Insights will develop actionable insights from program and impact data for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) and the national Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) network. This position leads program evaluations, coordination of new research, and data storytelling to help BBBSA and the BBBS network know, show and grow our collective impact on youth, mentors, and families.
The Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO will administratively support the President and CEO, and the mission and vision of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). They will manage the flow and exchange of information vital to the Executive Office as well as support CEO communications with key stakeholders.
