This role is responsible for developing and effectively managing internal and external messaging and communication strategies for the CEO while managing executive engagement plans to include employee engagement, thought leadership and external opportunities. This role will partner with subject matter experts to develop narratives and key messages, and support other projects as needed.

The Manager, National Youth Voice is responsible for managing activities, engagement and outcomes for the Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) National Youth Leadership Council (Youth Council) and related activities that amplify youth voice nationally and across our BBBS network of 230+ agencies. The Manager, National Youth Voice, is a key driver of activities that support the national office in elevating youth voice in program design and a variety of related projects across the BBBS network.
