This role involves securing leadership gifts ($100K+) from individuals and family offices for a sustainable future. You will manage donor engagement, develop tailored cultivation strategies, and collaborate with program teams to create compelling funding proposals, aiming to grow significant philanthropic revenue.

The Strategic Partnership Director will be responsible for an annual income goal, meeting monthly lead indicator objectives, retention of major donors and church partners, donor acquisition and new church partnership development, and implementation of strategic regional events.

As a Campaign Director on the Fundraising Strategy and Execution Team, you will be responsible to craft comprehensive and effective fundraising campaigns that create a clear, sustainable, and achievable path to stated fundraising goals. You will develop and execute fundraising campaigns to fund $10m+ initiatives over a determined amount of time in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment.
