Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage relationships with a portfolio of 50-75 foundation donors capable of giving $100,000+.
- Secure at least $1 million to $1.5 million annually through various giving mechanisms.
- Conduct a minimum of 24 solicitations per year focused on six- and seven-figure gifts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of donor-centered fundraising experience.
- Strong proposal writing skills and experience with sophisticated donor scenarios.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and use CRM software like Salesforce.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $76,800 to $102,500 per year, plus eligibility for incentive up to 25% of base pay.
