Responsibilities:
- Prospect, cultivate, and secure funding from private philanthropists with a focus on five-to-seven figure gifts.
- Manage individual major donor portfolios, including personalized cultivation, stewardship, and reporting.
- Oversee EGPAF's donor recognition program and planned giving vehicles.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive development experience with proven results at five-seven figure gift level.
- 2-4+ years of supervisory experience and a bachelor's degree.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and project management skills.
