Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cultivate, and secure funding from private philanthropists with a focus on five-to-seven figure gifts.
  • Manage individual major donor portfolios, including personalized cultivation, stewardship, and reporting.
  • Oversee EGPAF's donor recognition program and planned giving vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive development experience with proven results at five-seven figure gift level.
  • 2-4+ years of supervisory experience and a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and project management skills.
