Open Positions
Build relationships with activists and volunteers, organizing grassroots engagement for issue and electoral campaigns. Plan and execute phone banking, text banking, canvassing, and postcarding events for the 2026 cycle. Recruit and develop volunteer leaders, manage contact lists, and experiment with engagement strategies.

Execute strategic field plans and host voter contact events including phone-banking and canvassing. Recruit, train, and develop volunteers into field leaders to build membership for the Party. Build deep relationships with priority campaigns and candidates and serve as day-to-day operations contact.
