• Execute strategic field plans and host phone-banking, canvassing, and other voter contact events to engage voters.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers into field leaders while building membership for the Party.
• Build deep relationships with priority campaigns and candidates and serve as day-to-day operations contact.
