Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic field plans and host phone-banking, canvassing, and other voter contact events.
- Recruit, train, and develop volunteers into field leaders; build membership for the Party.
- Build deep relationships with priority campaigns and candidates; serve as day-to-day operations contact.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in field organizing at a community organization, union, or electoral campaign.
- Familiarity with voter contact and field tools; a data and people person.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion; able to build trust across differences.
Compensation:
- Salary range $64,000 - $81,000 per year based on experience and location.
- This is a full-time temporary position ending November 6, 2026.
