Portfolio Management:
- Manage a portfolio of 100-150 major donors with gift capacity of $25,000–$100,000+.
- Develop and execute individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies using a moves management framework.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and document all interactions in Salesforce.
Prospect Identification & Qualification:
- Partner with prospect research to identify new major gift prospects through wealth screening and referrals.
- Qualify prospects through discovery visits and calls, assessing capacity, affinity, and readiness.
- Collaborate with local BBBS agency leaders to identify donors with connections to both national and local chapters.
Cultivation, Solicitation & Stewardship:
- Design personalized cultivation experiences including donor visits, briefings, and program tours.
- Draft compelling gift proposals and stewardship reports in partnership with Marketing & Communications and Program teams.
- Directly solicit major gifts and ensure timely acknowledgment and meaningful stewardship touchpoints.
