Growth PM

Dune is searching for a Growth PM to build our growth engine. You will stand up the core systems that turn signups into pipeline and revenue, design and execute growth experiments such as in-product flows, onboarding optimizations, email campaigns, funnel tests to increase activation and conversion. You'll work closely with product, design, and marketing to operationalize user data and create full-funnel motions. You'll define growth metrics, build dashboards, and partner with a data contractor to surface insights and act on them, and support all Dune product lines by tailoring growth strategies to different user journeys and GTM needs. Be willing to get hands-on by running manual outreach, building scrappy workflows (in Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc) while setting us up to automate later.
