Business & Data Analysis Lead

We are looking for an experienced Business & Data Analysis Lead to manage requirements sessions with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Engineering, defining analytics needs and identifying data gaps. This role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, as it involves acting as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of data and analytics solutions. The position potentially involves working with US clients in PST or stakeholders in India. Lead requirements sessions with Marketing and Engineering to define analytics needs and data gaps. Document business and data requirements, logical models, and source-to-target mappings. Conduct gap analysis between current Databricks implementation and target architecture.
