Support the growth team with the execution, automation, and optimization of digital campaigns. This hybrid role blends creative content production with marketing ops—ideal for someone who enjoys jumping between tools, channels, and formats while keeping everything organized and running on time. Play a key role in building campaigns, publishing content, and enabling our global sales teams with assets and automations that drive real business results.
Build and send email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or HighLevel. Maintain a 30-day content calendar and publish content across social platforms. Design lightweight graphics and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma. Automate workflows using Zapier or Make to connect marketing and CRM systems. Track and analyze campaign performance using Excel or Google Sheets. Collaborate with international sales reps and create easy-to-follow process docs.
