Transcription Specialist -- Amharic (Ethiopia)

Responsibilities:

• Listen to audio recordings and create accurate written transcripts.
• Capture speech exactly as spoken, including pauses, filler words, repetitions, and incomplete sentences.
• Add timestamps and label different speakers in conversations.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Amharic spelling conventions and fluency in Ethiopian dialect.
• Good reading comprehension in English and strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience with transcription and audio data, plus access to a PC or iPad.

Pay and Location:

• Paid $42 per audio hour, with scalable earnings based on output.
• Fully remote, work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
