Prototype Developer

The Prototype Developer will rapidly prototype UI layouts, designs, and interactive flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role involves developing and presenting frontend and light full-stack demos to internal teams and clients. The developer will also use AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for faster development, problem solving, and iteration. Adaptability is key, as the role requires adjusting to changing priorities and working on fast cycles, occasionally discarding or reworking previous efforts. The role ensures smooth handoff of approved prototypes with light documentation and guidance for delivery teams, and effectively collaborates in fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environments with cross-functional teams.
