Production Team Lead

Production Leadership and Team Coordination:

• Lead the day-to-day activities of a geospatial production team supporting mobile mapping and transportation asset inventory workflows.
• Coordinate daily production assignments, priorities, and operator questions to ensure workflow execution and task completion.
• Serve as the first point of contact for production blockers and provide clear direction and coaching to operators.

Mobile Mapping and Asset Inventory Workflows:

• Support production workflows involving mobile mapping data, roadway imagery, LiDAR, and geospatial tools.
• Run production tools, validation tools, and GIS applications to support delivery of transportation asset inventory datasets.
• Assist operators with reviewing imagery, interpreting assets, and completing extraction or validation tasks.

Quality Control and Standards:

• Review production outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documented project standards.
• Perform quality checks on geospatial data including attribution, feature placement, and asset classification.
• Document quality findings and recommend improvements to reduce rework and improve consistency.

Production Tracking and Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor production performance including throughput, productivity, quality, and schedule progress.
• Use metrics and dashboards to identify risks and communicate status to project managers.
• Contribute to standard operating procedures, training guides, and process improvement efforts.
