Job Summary:

  • Lead and scale the team responsible for scenario creation, test execution, and quality control across the virtual testing ecosystem.
  • Oversee a hybrid team of full-time engineers and contractors, driving operational excellence across regression suites and on-demand workflows.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end simulation operations, managing daily, release, and ad-hoc test suites to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
  • Enforce rigorous QA standards and design unified evaluation metrics to measure simulation fidelity and software stability.
  • Integrate AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate scenario generation, bug triage, and reporting.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven capability to lead technical operations or software QA teams under strict timelines.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex simulation data and distill findings into actionable summaries.
  • Familiarity with simulation execution loops, scenario editors, or software-in-the-loop testing workflows.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in technical operations or QA management.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience overseeing engineers and contractors.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing modern AI tools to expedite workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
