Simulation Team Lead

Role Overview:

• You will shape and deliver the simulation foundation powering AI training, solution validation, and robot behaviour.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary Simulation team, setting direction for digital replica and synthetic data generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own hiring, performance management, and career development across physics, 3D design, robotics, and software engineering.
• Set and maintain production-level quality standards for simulations supporting AI training and customer production systems.
• Drive the Simulation team's roadmap, monitor progress, surface risks early, and reduce technical debt.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim, PhysX, MuJoCo, Gazebo, and OpenUSD scene building.
• Background in reinforcement learning environments or behaviour learning at scale.
