- Drive the technical evolution of Environmental Realism with AI-assisted capabilities.
Who You Are:
- You began your career as a software engineer and have strong technical judgment.
- You enjoy building organizations as much as building technology.
- You lead through influence, technical credibility, and strong communication.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience followed by progressive leadership.
- Experience leading Engineering Managers and multiple software engineering teams.
- Experience building complex distributed systems, infrastructure, or simulation technologies.
