The Role:
- Build the core architecture for AI agents to control physical systems.
- Span agent orchestration, tool integration, and low-latency communication.
- Design a platform that Scout AI engineers can extend and depend on.
Responsibilities:
- Design and advance the agent harness used across the agentic stack.
- Integrate fullstack software with physical hardware and AI agents.
- Build simulation environments for testing agents before deployment.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience in high-ownership environments.
- Experience building complex agentic products or infrastructure.
- Strong SWE fundamentals in architecture, distributed systems, and real-time pipelines.
