Field Operations Manager

Core Responsibility Areas:

• Field Engagement Operations: Own the end-to-end operational workflow for Field Engineering from resourcing and readiness to execution and closeout. Maintain the field engagement tracker, validate upcoming requests, and drive pre-deployment planning discipline.
• Field Hardware: Own the operational readiness of field hardware. Coordinate imaging, configuration, software versioning, testing, and shipping for deployments and demos. Maintain standard loadouts and coordinate with Engineering/IT/DevOps.
• Field Asset Management: Create and maintain the asset-management system. Track inventory, custody, location, status, and lifecycle management for all field gear.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Field Operations, Technical Enablement, Customer Success, or Systems Engineering, with a focus on building and scaling operational systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams, transitioning from hands-on builder to team lead.
