Technical Leadership:
- Define the technical strategy for field integrations and identify gaps in current processes.
- Lead implementation of field engineering tooling, scripts (Python, Go, Bash), and automation workflows.
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical integration challenges.
Secure Mission Infrastructure:
- Oversee provisioning and configuration of FPS deployments in customer-owned tactical edge systems.
- Ensure secure software delivery into comms-contested environments with operational resilience.
- Partner with Security and Product teams to align field implementation patterns with government compliance.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for field operations.
- Establish metrics and dashboards for deployment readiness, utilization, and performance.
- Conduct post-deployment reviews to capture and implement operational lessons learned.
