Team Leadership:
- Lead engineers responsible for AI cluster deployment, scaling, and operations.
- Translate technical roadmaps into detailed project plans and milestones.
- Coach and mentor engineers to foster a high-performance engineering culture.
Technical Execution:
- Drive cluster deployments, hardware bring-up, and configuration management.
- Oversee GPU fleet lifecycle including firmware updates and hardware validation.
- Improve tooling for provisioning, observability, and fleet automation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with AI/ML, SRE, and Hardware teams to meet training and inference needs.
- Coordinate with Product to align technical requirements and delivery timelines.
- Support integrations across networking, storage, and orchestration systems.
