Senior Site Reliability Engineer II - Infrastructure (AI Native)

Scaling and Maintenance:

• Scale and maintain infrastructure using AI (Claude Code) as a first-class collaborator.
• Own and resolve the most complex infrastructure failures, including Kubernetes scheduling edge cases and AWS platform issues.

Technical Leadership:

• Be opinionated on technical direction and strategy, documenting for others.
• Lead and mentor other engineers, estimate schedules, and break tasks into 1-3 day increments.

Operational Excellence:

• Participate in shared on-call rotation (roughly one week every six to eight weeks).
• Drive cloud cost efficiency by identifying over-provisioned resources and building tooling to surface cost anomalies.

AI-Native Practices:

• Use AI coding tools daily for analysis, coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Build multi-agent systems for incident response and infrastructure remediation.
