Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment startup, commissioning, and site acceptance testing (SAT) at customer locations.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical and control system failures in the field and provide corrective action recommendations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and complete required service reports accurately and timely.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams during field deployments.
- Provide status updates to project managers and service leadership regarding installation progress, delays, or technical issues.
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites and maintain strong customer relationships.
Safety & Compliance Enhancements:
- Participate in pre-task planning activities before beginning work.
- Report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and customer-specific safety standards.
