Finance Manager

As a crucial member of our finance department, you will play a leading role in managing financial operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will own the full business unit P&L for each department, playing a pivotal role in driving informed decision making, as well as provide detailed financial analysis on the numbers to help guide management decision making. A key role you’ll play is ensuring accurate and timely financial projections in the operating budgeting and forecasting processes. You will oversee treasury operations, including liquidity and cash-flow management, and monitor and report on the performance of investments, including valuation and impairment assessments. You will implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards, particularly IFRS and US GAAP. In this role you will also review and file of group tax returns and assist in building tax strategies. You'll carry out in-depth financial due diligence and risk assessments of potential new partners and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department to enhance performance. It will be your responsibility to ensure that financial strategies are robust and compliant with evolving regulations in the crypto sector.
