Key Objectives:
- Act as a national mobile technical support specialist across the managed estate, assisting in the delivery of maintenance and project services.
- Contribute to the consistent specification, scheduling, and reporting of planned and reactive building works.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake acceptance into service activities, including design review and functional testing.
- Identify technical issues, conduct investigations, and provide detailed professional reports referencing regulations and standards.
- Manage specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent qualification in Building Services.
- Previous experience in a Building Services Engineer role for a large multi-client estate.
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and health and safety legislation.
